Executive Management Team (E-Team)

This leadership team is a cross-functional group of staff who have been called to carry the leadership mantel at this time and, into the future. The E-Team is intentional about being united in purpose and sharing church decisions collectively. Together, they press into God to strategically align the ministries, programs and staff of Open Door to the Vision and Values.
