Groups

We are made for community and we are changed in community. Here are a few ways to connect with others at Open Door through discover groups, common interest groups, home groups and support groups.

Discover Groups

Join us weekly for 4-7 weeks. Each group is based on a specific topic. Learn from pastors and authors through video sessions, selah (reflection), and small group discussion. These groups have proven to be a great starting place for newcomers to Open Door, as well as a place where long-time attenders are finding a deeper level of community.

Connect with others as you discover who God is and who we are within community.

Discover Group: Soul Keeping

When is the last time you thought about the state of your soul? The health of your soul isn't just a matter of being saved or unsaved. It's the hinge on which the rest of your life hangs. It's the difference between deep, satisfied spirituality and a restless, dispassionate faith. In an age of materialism and consumerism that tries to buy its way to happiness, many souls are starved, unhealthy, and unsatisfied by false promises of status and wealth. Through this group, author John Ortberg will help us discover the most important connection to God there is. Contact: Taylor | ext 1903

Thurs, Sept 28 - Nov 2, 7-9pm
