What’s Kids ministry at Open Door?

It’s support for you, the parent, in being that greatest influence your kids will ever have. It’s encouragement to pour your life into your child's life.

For everyone in the family (that’s you, too, kids), it’s walking with you as you work out your own faith journey.

Helping you find your place in this world. It’s experiencing the Word with wonder and respect, digging deeper until it flows fully into the world through our lives. And it’s community worship.

Dance Workshop

We are excited to introduce movement and sacred dance through a workshop this summer. Instructor Christa Anderson-Hill, who has been teaching movement through worship music to our kids this year, will inspire them to jump, dance and praise with their whole bodies. Christa is the director of Creo Arts Conservatory. Please send a water bottle and healthy snack. Participants should wear tennis shoes. Yoga-type pants and a t-shirt are ideal; no jeans or dresses. Open to kids four years old through 4th grade.

9-9:45am for 4-5 year olds
9:45-10:45am for K-1st grade
10:45am-12pm for 2-4 grades

Cost: $10 for PreK-1st grade; $20 for 2nd-4th grade
