Every year we get to join in with communities all over the Twin Cities to stock local food shelves with food and supplies during MN FoodShare. During the month of March, we will be collecting food for CEAP and Cross Services, our two nearest local food shelves. If you’d like to donate physical items, we’ll be posting a list of most needed items that you can buy and place on shelves in the Gathering Place at Open Door. You can also donate financially directly to CEAP (ceap.org) or Cross Services (crossservices.org) online. KIDS! We are doing a competition in NextKids to see which classroom can collect the most food. Beginning Sunday, March 5, bring your donations to church on Sunday mornings.
