The world invites us to live our lives for ourselves, but Jesus invites us to live for something far greater.  He calls us to turn our faces outward and live for the sake of others. We call this Missional LifeLiving a missional life includes expanding your heart and mind in Jesus for the sake of others, and growing and educating yourself on God’s grieving and restorative heart for His world and children. Learning to live our lives for the sake of others is a big part of becoming fully alive in God. We are called to live our lives missionally wherever God leads us - in our families, our neighborhoods, or around the world.

We closely partner with a few organizations working to address the needs that people face locally and globally. We look to these partners, who have already been working in communities, to tell us what needs and service would help.

Looking for a way to get plugged in locally? These organizations are all located within the Twin Cities metro area.

  • Settled outreach

Each week Settled partners with Walking With A Purpose MN to do outreach to homeless camps around St. Paul. They call it "weaving" because we have our lives and stories interwoven with brothers and sisters experiencing homelessness. During outreach (weaving) you will make new friends, hear stories, learn about the homeless population, give a drink and share survival materials with those living on the streets.
