SANCTUARY PRAYER SPACE

During Advent the sanctuary will be open as a space to practice Jesus’ Presence with us and experience Him as our “sanctuary” (a place of refuge or safety). There will be prayer stations set up where you can engage and pray using the four words we lean into during Advent: Hope, Faith, Love and Peace. Come...rest, be and pray.

When: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays; November 27-December 23

Location: Open Door Sanctuary

HOT COCOA CONNECTION

BEGINNING SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27Each Sunday following the gathering a hot chocolate bar will be available in the Gathering Place. Feel free to slow down, stay a little while, enjoy the company of others, and meet someone new! And remember…it’s not just about a cup of hot cocoa…it’s about connection!

Do you want to help serve? We have a few great ways you can get involved as an individual or a family! Each Sunday we need 4-6 people to help with hospitality (including setting-up, hosting & cleaning-up afterwards). SIGN UP HERE to volunteer

We’ll spend time in song, interactive prayer, meditation on scripture and more.

WINTER BAPTISM

SUNDAY, January 15: Baptism is an act of obedience to the command of Christ, practiced by individuals who have decided to follow Jesus. We believe baptism is an important step in our spiritual journey after we have acknowledged our faith in Christ's salvation and is a way of affirming a faith that has taken root in our hearts.

All candidates (kids, youth, and adults) will go through a preparation process for Believer's Baptism. You will be contacted with more information after you sign up.
