The Practice of Ignatian Meditation
Thu, Jan 14th 7pm - 8:15pm
Zoom Meeting Online Zoom link will be emailed to you, . .

Reading the Bible, reflection, listening, journaling and sharing are all familiar spiritual practices. Together they form the backbone of Ignatian spirituality. This class provides opportunities for each person to experience God’s presence and discover creative ways God communicates. And if you haven’t taken up journaling, the class offers a chance to try it out. Participants will be assigned to a small group that will stay together for 8 weeks. Each participant is expected to make a sincere effort to spend a minimum of 30 minutes a day for at least five days per week in reflective meditation and journaling. Sharing will take place each week in small group with a facilitator. Contact: Tom | tjohnson@thedoor.org Thursdays, Jan 14 – March 4, 7 – 8:15pm Online via Zoom
